Mandola Montepulciano d’ Abruzzo 2011 Mandola Montepulciano is privately labeled by the La Querica Estate in Abruzzo, a small self-sustaining winery over looking the Adriatic Sea. The wine displays a striking, dark ruby hue and a nose of ripe dark cherry and plum. The palate is well balanced by notes of spice and leather with a pleasant layer of oak and lightly tannic finish.
