  • Pizza - Beef and lamb gyro pizza with red onions, heirloom tomatoes, fontina and finished with arugula and mint/ cucumber aoli
  • Ravioli - House-made pasta filled with braised pork in an arrabiata cream sauce
  • Risotto - Diver scallop and diced asparagus, folded into creamy parmigiano risotto with blistered cherry tomato and slivered garlic
  • Fish - Baked blue fish over whipped cauliflower and grilled asparagus
