Italian Craft Beer Dinner

We invite you to our Italian Craft Beer Dinner:

 Thursday, March 26th at 7 pm

Our Chef has created a four course dinner to pair with four award winning Italian craft beers. The flourishing Italian craft beer scene produces a variety of styles and offers a unique Italian expression perfectly suited to Italian cuisine.

Antipasto: Octopus Salad with frisée, grapefruit and chives

Le Baladin "Isaac" Witbier

Primo: Goat cheese mousse crépe with spicy Romesco

Birra del Borgo "My Antonia" Imperial Pilsner

Secondo: Grilled Squab breast with white truffle butter and wild mushroom ragu

Birra del Borgo "Genziana" Farmhouse style Saison

Dolce: Spicy Dark Chocolate Semifreddo

Birrificio del Ducato "Verdi" Imperial Stout with chili pepper

$75 per person (excludes tax and gratuity)

Our 5 Course Dinner was perfectly paired with wine and friends that came as far as Round Rock and San Antonio to share in the new Mandola Vineyard 2013 Wine Release!!!

Mandola's 5th Annual Bocce Tournament
benefiting the Burke Center for Youth

October 25th & 26th

Damian and Trina Mandola have supported the Burke Center for many years. In an effort to increase awareness about their efforts, Damian started the annual Bocce Tournament as a fun and entertaining way to get the community involved.

Charred salmon belly with blood orange marmellata and heirloom cherry tomato salad with prosciutto crisps and basil paired with Satre Srl Trebaseleghe Sauvignon Blanc

Tomato-braised octopus and squid ink tagliarini with scallion, black garlic, and olive oil paired with Marcato Pinot Nero

Secondo
Recioto braised Niman Ranch beef cheek, red wine ridurre with dried cherries, and smoked onion puree paired with David Sterza Valpolicella Classico Ripasso

Dolci
Dark chocolate tart with cinnamon crema, hazelnut “pralina”, and a salsa mora paired with David Sterza Amarone della Valpolicella
